Returns or exchanges:All returns must be made or shipped back at buyer's expense within 5 days. Please contact me within five (5) days from receiving the item (goes according to USPS tracking info) in the mail or picking up the item (the day you message me to pick up and it is taken) or bought in-person to let me know you are returning with order # and details. All returned items must be in original condition with tags still on it, pet hair free, perfume free, deodorant free etc. Shipping back to Austin Harlowe Boutique is the buyer's responsibility and their expense unless it is my error. I only offer STORE CREDIT for returns, NO cash/credit card refunds unless item is canceled by me or my error. If an item is not picked up within one (1) month from your payment, it is FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged. Items marked final sale are final and can not be changed. I reserve the right to reject any return that does not arrive in original condition.
